Wonderful Stimpson Family

My, oh, my. I sure do love you all!

Temple Square!

We had a great time on Saturday! Tyler talked all week about a fun surprise - we ended up going to Temple Square to see the lights and eat at the Garden Restaurant! It was fun and I love that Tyler likes to surprise me! He's such a sweetheart. We went with a bunch of his high school friends and their wives/girlfriends/dates. It was a fun evening!

Fun things happening lately!

We have been extremely busy lately...mainly because we moved into our new house!!!!!! Ahhh we love it! I haven't finished decorating everything, but the picture below is my view right now sitting on my couch. We feel so lucky to have our own home! More pictures to come :)
This is Ty and I last night at the Advance Insurance Christmas party at Fat Cats. I got the second highest score out of the girls and Ty got the second highest score out of the guys! I bowled a 144 and Ty bowled a 180. Not bad for never practicing! We had a lot of fun and both of us ended up winning about 45 dollars each due to our mad bowling skills.

Gotta do a victory dance ;)

We had a fun little party at Marc and Courtney's house last weekend. We had a pot luck dinner (I brought my chicken tortilla soup) and we had rolls, a green salad and fruit salad. We then decorated gingerbread houses! After that we watched a movie that all the girls slept through because we were so tired! I'll have to watch Angels and Demons at an earlier hour next time.

The whole group (except Jessica taking the picture)Tyler and I went to a BYU basketball game
I was happy to have Thanksgiving with my whole family this year! We all went to my Grandparent's house and had a great time. This is my dad cutting the turkey!

Yummy! Mmm there was every delicious Thanksgiving food you could think of.

Cute turkey biscuits my little sister Katelyn made!
We went with Marc and Courtney to see New Moon! It was the theater's reopening so we got some cotton candy :) Oh yeah, and there were lots of helium balloons we may have inhaled the helium and had chipmunk voices...

Tyler and I babysat for a whole weekend for his sister. They have three kids, and lets just say I may never be having children...ever. (just kidding, Heather!)
Marc and Courtney had a Halloween party at their house, and Tyler and I won the best costumer award! We were ketchup and mustard! It was a GREAT party and we a lot of fun playing games, eating yummy food, and watching a scary movie!

More fun things that I don't have pictures of:

- Tyler was Santa for his parent's morning Christmas party this Saturday. The crepes were delicious and Tyler was a wonderful Santa.

- I went to the Festival of Trees this Saturday with my mom and her friend Kathy and the trees were beautiful! People decorate and donate the trees to the festival and then people buy them and all the proceeds to go to the children's hospital. They were amazing! I never, ever eat hamburgers but we went to Crown burgers after and got yummy cheeseburgers.

- We went to the BYU v. U of U game and it was fun and intense...BYU won! I think people are crazy when they get SOOOO into the rivalry!

- Tyler got his insurance license!! Yahoo! If you need a great quote, let him know. We work through a broker that has a list of 40 different insurance companies to look through and find a great price.

Grandpa's Funeral

My Grandpa passed away after having Alzheimers for a few years. My whole family got together in Wapato, Washington for the funeral. Although it was a sad event, it was so great to see everyone. I think I have the greatest family in the world! Love you guys :)

His burial was in Burley, ID. It was a very touching military ceremony. We celebrated Grandma's birthday, too.
We can't miss our BYU football!Isn't she lovely? Our cousin Jamie DREW THIS! I can't believe how talented she is!These pictures were at the lunchean after the funeral. My grandparent's ward made us dinner and set out everything so nicely.
Say "CHEESE!"
Just before arriving in Wapato...we were sick of being in the car :)
