Valentine's Day!

This year was my favorite Valentine's Day yet. It all started out last Thursday when I walked in after having dinner at my Dad's house to a bouquet of roses which made me audibly gasp when I saw them! They were from Tyler, of course.
On Saturday, we picked up our Valentine's present from my Mom. A TON of chocolate covered strawberries. She gave us a big container of strawberries and 4 containers of chocolate dips so we could make them on our own. Mmm my favorite!
Ty surprised me with new ski goggles! For our date, we went skiing at Sundance which I LOVED. I am getting skiis this year and I will get a season pass as well for next season so I can go all the time! After our ski date we went and got cheeseburgers at Burgers Supreme and they were so good.

The festivities didn't stop there! Tyler showed up at my work on Valentine's Day with 3 balloons and some gum tying them all together and then we went to lunch at a yummy Mexican food restaurant called La Costa. We had so much fun! That's what I love about Tyler; we always have fun together. Happy Valentine's Day!

Kate's v-ball tourney and other fun events

A couple Fridays ago we went up to Sandy to meet Oak and and Scott for dinner at Pei Wei. We got dessert at the Sweet Tooth Fairy then played games at their house. The next day we got up for Brynley's baptism then had lunch at Heather and Casey's afterward.

After that we went up to Salt Lake to watch Katelyn in her volleyball tournament. She did great and it was fun to watch!
After the tournament we went to eat at Shoga (where Jocelyn works) and she served us! It was delish.

I got called to be the 1st counselor in the primary, and one of my projects has been putting together the new birthday gifts.
Last week I came home from work one day to find this necklace from my neighbor, a cute little girl named Hannah, hanging on my front door. It was so cute!
I always love when I get to see my nephew, Ryker. He is such a sweet boy!

We went to Heather and Casey's house for Ryker's first birthday last Friday night. He was adorable as always, and didn't want anything to do with his cake. Heather stripped him down so he could eat and get messy, but he was only interested in feeding her! Afterward, the mass chaos began when the present opening started. The poor little boy was being attacked by all the cousins who wanted a part of it! He is such a sweetheart.

Last night we went to the temple with the Parcells, then went to dinner at Milagros. After that we went to see, "This Means War" and it was hilarious! We loved it.
