Great weekend!

We had a fabulous weekend! We started on Thursday and went to Happy Sumo where Jocelyn served us. On Friday, we went to Outback Steakhouse with Ty's parents, went shopping for new work dress clothes for Ty, then saw The Losers. I thought it was pretty good but that's because I had such low expectations. Everyone else thought it was going to be amazing and they were disappointed! I prepared myself for the stupidest movie ever and was pleasantly surprised. On Saturday, Tyler worked on the yard (he is putting in the sprinkler system) and I cleaned the house and painted my nails. We had pancakes for breakfast, Tyler's fave Saturday breakfast. Rachel came over and hung out with me while Drew helped Tyler with the yard. That night we went to CPK for dinner (my ultimate favorite), went bowling at Fat Cats (we won! Drew had to pay for our ice cream!), and then got yogurt at Yo Zone. It was a triple date with Drew and Rach, and Rachel's sister Emily and her husband Taylor. After yogurt, we came back to our house to play Rockband. On Sunday, we went to Joyce's house to celebrate Tyler's Grandma Phyllis' birthday! We had yummy ham and all the fixins', including yummo cinnnamon rolls. Weekends always go by WAY too fast for me!!

Jazz Playoff Game

Tyler worked really hard and sold a lot of life policies so we got to go the first Jazz playoff game! Can you tell by his face how excited he was?! We got to eat dinner beforehand at Club South then watch the game and have some snacks at halftime. I'm proud of him for being such a hard worker, I really couldn't handle a lazy husband! He's the best!

Drew and Rachel get engaged

Drew and Rachel got engaged on Tyler's birthday. Finally someone to shape Drew up! ha ha ;) We are excited to have Rach in the family! They will be getting married August 28th. We had an engagement party/BBQ for them at the Parcells right after they got engaged :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TYLER!

Tyler's one wish was to go shooting on his birthday, so we woke up at the crack of dawn to go. Then we proceeded to wait for TWO HOURS while lazy butt Drew woke up and took a nice, hot shower. Mind you, I didn't get a shower. ANYWAY, we finally got the mountain and it was fun. Tyler is such a good shot. He literally didn't miss even one of the clay pigeons. That night we went to Rach and Drew's engagement party. On Monday we went to Tepanyaki for Ty's birthday and it was delish! I gave him Rockband for his birthday and we have a lot of fun playing it. P.s. His sister Heather cut his hair sooooo short which is why it looks like he doesn't have any hair. It has since grown out and looks fab! I love Tyler oh so very much and I am soooo glad he is all mine!! HAPPY 27th birthday sweetheart!

Las Vegas for Easter

We go to Vegas each Easter to do a "sunrise service" with Tyler's side of the family. We wake up before the sun rises and go the mountains and one family is assigned to give a spiritual message. Then we have scones - then go home and go back to sleep :) The first night we got there (Friday night) we went to the Cheesecake Factory to eat dinner then went to see Beatles Love by Cirque du Solei at the Mirage. It was very interesting and creative!

We weren't supposed to take pictures of the opening set or anything, but I snuck some without my flash. Then a gaurd told me he would confiscate my camera so I put it away ha ha...

After the show waiting for our car

Gambling for a few minutes before the show started - Carol won $140!
Katelin with her Columbus hat
Each of us tried on a different color!
Uh oh...I think Tyler is addicted
On Saturday we went to the Zobrist Easter party and had an egg hunt for the kids and ate pizza. That night while the guys were at the priesthood session, the girls went to the Bellagio to see the flower display. It was really pretty and smelled so good. When the boys got out, we went to Chili's for dinner. It was a fun weekend!

Michael Buble concert = AMAZING!

We went to Texas Roadhouse with Drew and Rachel beforehand then went to our seats at the E Center in the first row East side!! Wow - his voice was unreal. We had such a great time!
