Lake Powell 2009!

Lucky to be alive, thank you drunk driver!

This post is a little out of order, but we made it back to Utah! Safely, thank goodness...

So Tyler and I are just driving along, minding our own business when the car in front of us starts swerving and sliding. Before I know it, it is rolling and rolling and I had to slam on my breaks and pull to the side of the road! Some idiot was driving drunk and he almost killed himself...and US!!

You can barely see it (pic taken from my car) but the car is upside down.

This is Tyler filling out papers telling what he saw in the accident...I can't believe the ignorance of people who drive drunk. I really don't have words for it.

But we made it safely home! We drove the first day and spent the night in the National 9 Inn in Cortez, Colorado. Then we woke up and drove the final hours the next day! It's nice to be home and back to a normal life! Except now I just need to find a job... :)

Our house is coming right along! Yippeee!

It should be done in a month or so and we can't wait!

On The Road Again!

Well, our adventure here in Texas is over. We're heading back to Utah bright and early tomorrow morning and I'm excited to get back to a normal routine instead of Tyler coming home at 10:30 every night. We'll spend tomorrow night in a hotel and then wake up and get to Provo Monday afternoon/evening. I can't wait to see everyone!

We have some fun things coming up:
- Paisley's 2nd birthday is on Monday night! Love you Paiser
- I have an internship interview at Church Public Affairs on Wednesday
- Family temple night on Saturday
- Lake Powell for a whole week!!!
- Mom's birthday

We can't wait to be back our normal lives!! See you soon!!!

Des had me over for lunch yesterday, then me, Ash and Des took Claire out for her first girl's shopping trip! She loved it and we had to talk her out of buying too much

We're going to miss Ashley and Bobby so much since they're not moving back to Utah with us!

I made pancakes the other night for dinner and I didn't realized I had spillled ALL down the front of me until I sat down later...woops!
