I went to Savannah, Georgia to go to a trade show with one of our resellers and it was beautiful! And SO HOT. The buildings were gorgeous and I loved the architecture.
We went to the Savannah Theater to watch a singing and dancing show and had to catch a picture of the guy's chops behind us. He was at our ghost tour the night before and we couldn't manage to get a good picture.
There were a few great candy shops where they made taffy and homemade chocolates and caramels.
We stayed at a resort on the river and had to take a ferry to go to the restaurants and shops.
Speaking of the ghost tour, we rode in a converted hearse where we sat with our heads out the roof while our driver told us all kinds of creepy stories about Savannah's old residents. There were a lot of deaths and murders. One lady killed a man staying in her bed and breakfast for his money then hid him in the wall and built a brick wall in front of him! Also, the scene in Forest Gump where he is sitting eating his box of chocolates is in Savannah. There are many squares where there are gorgeous trees and benches to sit. All of my pictures turned out blurry. I don't think the ghosts wanted me taking pictures of them :)
We got to take our resellers to dinner at some amazing restaurants.
On our way back I got an awesome shot out the window of my neighborhood and the Y mountain! I happened to look out the window right as we were flying over and I can see my house!
