March so far!

I just realized in my last post that I didn't mention Valentine's Day! Tyler and I went to lunch at Costa Vida, had a heart shaped pizza for dinner then went to see Safe Haven. I thought it was a good movie and the ending is a total tear jerker! After we got done with that we went to get yogurt at Farr's.

A few weekends ago Katelyn, my mom and went skiing up at Sundance. That night Tyler and I went to dinner at Goodwood for our friend Curtis Brown's birthday dinner where I ate the largest onion rings of all time. On Monday we went up to Soldier Hollow in Midway with Kim and Dave to go tubing. There was a contraption that would pull you up while you sat on your tube and you could choose which slope to go down. Tyler and Dave made friends with the worker at the top who was a real stickler on the rules, ie, no tubing with four people at once. His last name was Fitzgerald so they started to call him "Fitz" and were able to bend the rules a bit. We all went down together a couple times and were laughing our heads off! After we were done, we went to The Store to get donuts and hot chocolate, then came home and watched the Bachelor.

Our friends Ashley and Casey Kirkland had their baby and we were able to meet sweet little Chase at the hospital! That night was Amanda's friend baby shower. She looks so amazing! The following night we went up to Daybreak for dinner, gourmet popcorn tasting, Downeast Home shopping, BYU game watching and chit-chatting with Oakley and Scott. It's always a fun night with them. The next day on Saturday I went up to Amanda's family baby shower in Sandy where it was fun to see some relatives that I hadn't seen in a while. After the shower we went shopping at Dillard's for a bit then I met Tyler at home and we went to Mama Chu's for dinner and saw Snitch.

I went to lunch with my friend Kacie on Monday at this delicious little place call Melty Way where they server gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. That night I went with my mom and Katelyn to Brick Oven where we met Shawn, Nicea and Amanda for dinner. It was so much fun to catch up. On Tuesday Tyler and I went up to Salt Lake to pick out our granite and tile. Some hard choices were made but we are really happy and feel good about them! Thursday of this week was Bunco night. I invited Rachel and it was fun catching up with the girls. It's fun because I didn't know any of them until Oakley invited me to the group and it's been getting to know them! A few of them are married to some boys I knew growing up in Texas so it's a small world. On Friday we went to lunch with the girl's at work and were able to meet up with Mallory and her cute baby Calvin. We tried a new restaurant called Wild Mustang Grill and Bakery. They sell Croshaw's pies which many people love. They are based in St. George. On Friday night I went shopping with my mom for a bit and ended up with a cute birthday outfit from GAP (my birthday is in two days!!!) and then went to see The Incredible Burt Wonderstone with Rachel and Drew. I hadn't even heard of the movie but it was goofy and funny. I, of course, got Kettle Corn. After the movie we went to Malawi's to grab a bite to eat.

Katelyn, my mom and I went skiing again at Sundance yesterday. I absolutely loved it as usual. The day was clear and the weather was pretty warm. After skiing I came home and took a nap then got ready and met my mom and Tyler at my favorite.....you guessed it! Burger's Supreme! Those cheeseburgers are so good. After dinner I exchanged a sweater at GAP then Tyler and I came home and watched Won't Back Down. We love our movies!
