We went to Lake Powell in September with Tyler’s family and
it was AMAZING. Since school had started there was hardly anyone on the lake
and the water was completely glassy ALL DAY LONG. We decided we need to always go in September. We couldn’t believe how
absolutely beautiful it was. I went out on the boat with Heather and Casey one
morning and I decided to try slalom skiing for the first time. How could I not
with the glassy water? I got up on my second try and loved it! We went slalom
skiing and surfing every day, Tyler and I took Paisley and Ryker on a long jet
ski ride to get ice cream at the dock and see the damn, we had a Rook
tournament and had tasty meals every day. We stopped at this cute restaurant on
the way home because it was Heather’s
birthday. It was such a great few days!
